Off to work, work and more work but looking forward to a fun night out. I was even told by the women in the cafe that I buy my lunch at that I looked sexy today, lol thought to myself it is just a maxi dress but hey I will take a compliment. It made me smile, so moral is say something nice to someone it just may make them reevaluate their outfit or day and smile. :) Have a great weekend and the LOST video will be up on Monday....

New dare is up today and it is a fun one, do I say that often?... well it is! I got a surprise box of American Crafts goodies yesterday and couldn't wait to use these new thickers, they are fabric (which I totally love) and the color is so cute! :) So... I am always late, well not all the time but 85% of the time. I try to be punctual but it doesn't always work out,hmmm.....need to really work on that in 09.

LOST is amazing, that is all I am saying, can't wait to see Sawyer's reaction when he sees Kate. This episode had me on the end of my seat for sure! Grey's was off the hook last night, Derrick has seriously gone off the deep end. But Bailey new curls more than made up for it, I hated the shroom hairdo she was sporting. la sigh, mcsteamy is so wonderful, he is my favorite character and then he gets sucker punched, poor fella. I hope they keep Lil' Grey and him together.

Today started off with white beautiful flakes falling then it changed to sleet and now to rain. Saadiq thought since it was snow=no school, chuckled and then quickly reminded him that it just started snowing and it wouldn't stick which = to you're going to school. He thought he was going to get a snow day and I would have loved one too, but no dice. So I thought it only right to snap a picture to represent the morning... they smell so good.
1.Did you know that you can follow the first lady's first 100 days of fashion on Instyle just like you can follow the President's first 100 days on Politico. I follow both and it is cool to see what he is doing everyday and what she is wearing.

2.Finally brought my camera with me today and the battery only has one bar,wouldn't you know it! It is gloomy today so I guess it is a draw.

3.I rarely but cd's anymore, just download songs off of itunes I really like, who else is the same way?

4.So ready to cuddle on the couch and look at LOST tonight! I can't wait to see how the steps on how to return to the island goes...

5.I didn't watch one episode of The City, just couldn't being myself to watch Whitney and her triangle, maybe if a marathon is on this weekend I may watch...

6.Currently working on this week's dare and MMM blog layouts, they are fun ones,can't wait to share!

7. My mini globe collection is growing, eBay is the best place to find them. I find that other spots on the web overprice them and they are almost always in mint condition on eBay.

8. I was tired of the look of my blog, so I decided to update it yet again, think this look will be here a little longer than the last one.

tuesday kickstart?

Today feels like Monday even though it is Tuesday, happy for the mix up since it is a four day work week for me :) I had a great relaxing weekend. My sister and I did see Slumdog Millionaire on Saturday and it deserves every award in it's category for the Oscars. We really enjoyed it and the child actors are amazing!!! This is a must see for sure, I want to see the Wrestler but Mickey Rourke's face is freaking my sis out a bit but I want to see it so bad, saw the trailer I can tell I am going to cry in it, his character seems so lovable.

We did lots of jumping on our trampoline because the weather was so beautiful but now we have slight colds, booo.... because it is cold here and snowing when we left which is making us yearn for spring even more when we have these spring like fake me out days :)

I tried the "captain crunch" frap, after reading jen's blog who got it from elsie's blog. It is so good! :) It really tastes like the cereal which I loved as a child and in college! It tastes like the cereal when they made it with the strictly berry (red) and crunch. I don't know why they changed a winning formula but now it has different kinds of berries, yuck! So if you want to try it I do recommend trying it as a tall the first time just because it is sweet, ask for two pumps of toffee nut and viola!

Heroes was great last night! I totally love Ando, he is so darn cute! I love that he is a hero now! :)
I haven't forgotten about the vblog, it will be up soon! :)

I love the abundance of fresh flowers at my grocery store this time of year! I know it is because of valentines but for me it is a chance to have spring in winter. I love having them around the house and in my bedroom. I am looking forward to the long weekend, they are always welcomed around these parts...

What are your plans for this lovely weekend? I think I will go see Slumdog Millionare with my sister, some trampoline jumping , take lots of photos, a little thrifting and spend time with my family. I am a home body by nature but I am getting geared up with our vacation planning for this year. I love traveling and what I love even more is the children love it as much as I do!

TV talk, loved loved this week's episodes of LOST and Heroes!! I won't say too much but needless to say I am happy the story lines are getting to the really important stuff like how is the Oceanic crew going to get back to the island? I am sure it will be interesting, both shows left me like shite it's an hour already at the end!

Dare 128 is up today, rock band names, think I totally missed the boat on this but whateves. :) I love rock bands, some of my favorites are listed on the layout and it is fun to do a layout without a picture every once in a while.

Blogger doesn't like me much at the moment, been trying for an hour to post. I love all of the ideas! I think I have enough for two videos!! I am still trying to get over the drama with princess rhi rhi and chris brown, it totally overshadowed the grammy's, it is a shame and sad...am I the only one that thought the show was boring, it is not what it used to be! It sounded like they were singing in a barn instead of the Shrine Center!! My favorite performances of the night were the "rap pack", Adele, Sugarland and lil' wayne with Robert Thicke.

Well off to put s2 to bed and watch Heroes, can't wait to see how they handle the pain crash. I can not stand Nathan, Peter really needs to put the smack down on him, he is way to nice. If I have to see Claire's lacefront one more week I am going to scream, they couldn't find her a better wig? I'm just saying...guess cutbacks are affecting tinseltown as well.

The messy part of my space is all clean and I am so proud of myself!!!! It involved a little rearranging, moved my photo printer off of my desk (never liked it there) for more room to create and made room for the chrome shelf where I put my printer, it is under the basket of minis.

Now I am getting ready to watch the Grammy's pre-show and listening to some Lady Gaga, love her song Poker Face! I always love the Grammy's well award season period, here's hoping to some great performances!

I am totally loving your suggestions for the vblog post! A lot are the same so I will condense them, but they are great! I will pick a winner tomorrow and post it, plus I add some more goodies to the box so it is filled to the brim!.... off to sit outside and enjoy the warm evening air...

You know I love Fridays, think I may have a caramel latte to celebrate! :) I have an entire weekend to play with this cutie. The weather is going to be fabulous in the dmv this weekend and that makes everything okay which means for some outside time with my kids and camera(s) in tow! A trip to Target to check out the Orla Kiely will be a must do as well this weekend.

I only watched half of LOST but am so happy that Jin is alive!!! I knew he wasn't dead, so know the plot thickens. I am so ready for the juicy stuff, right?!

The camper is so cute, when I cut it out months ago at Morgan's, I thought I am never going to use this, but bam here it is.I want to go camping with my family but the wilderness scares me a bit even though I was grew up in the country. momo intro and other ramblings...

We have a new addition to our family.... momo, isn't he the cutest?! He is my mom's new puppy... gosh you didn't think I was adding another mouth to feed to my little clan! lol, but for real he stole our hearts instantly. We can not wait to see him again and best thing of all he and Aiden get along fantastically!


I did a dare, first one for 2009 for me, loved the outlines challenge they posted last Friday, this is my take. As you can see I am totally addicted to templates, yellow and spray paint.

Let's see in other ramblings, it snowed this morning, no real accumulation just enough to have annoying traffic. I am so far behind on shows it is insane, think we have five weeks of gossip girl to watch. I was so tired last night that I didn't even watch Heroes. Thank you for all of the dope comments on my mini! It was a good creative boost to make it, which I needed.
