weekend grillin' //



happy saturday, hope you are having a great start to the weekend! I grilled pizzas on the grill last night and wanted to share how i do it, you know... :)

pizza crust recipe ( i have a breadman plus bread machine) but it should work with any machine.
water (80 F/27 C) 3/4 cup
olive oil 1TBL
sugar 1 TBL
salt 1/2 tsp
bread flour 2 1/4 cups
red star active dry yeast 1tsp

I add everything in the order that it appears above. 

tips

-when grilling the dough, use indirect heat to avoiding scorching burning the dough. notice the blacken corners, that is what happened., lol. S2 and Brigittee still liked it, but if you do not want your dough extremely well done, avoid direct heat. 

-ramekins are perfect to grill vegetables in if you don't want to put them directly onto the grill.

-i had extra sauce that I will use today in a pasta dish, waste not want not! :)
